free assessment

Find your highest-priority psychosocial risk in 10 minutes.

A confidential, evidence-aligned self-assessment for Australian workplaces. Answer five short screener questions across the WHS-recognised psychosocial hazards. Wherever signals appear, the tool drills deeper. At the end you get a risk heatmap and a plain-English action plan you can take into your next leadership conversation.

what you get

A snapshot you can actually use.

The assessment is built around the five most common drivers of psychosocial harm in regulated workplaces. It surfaces where your highest exposure sits and gives you a concrete first step for each high-risk area — designed for HR leads, executives, and operational managers who need to act, not just measure.

Risk heatmap

Red / amber / green across five hazards. You can see at a glance where to focus first.

Action plan

Plain-English next steps per high-risk hazard. Not policy templates — actual moves.

Clinical depth

Designed by Kelly Quirk from 15 years of clinical and workforce capability work.

Confidential

Your answers stay with you. Not shared with regulators, not stored on our side without consent.

the tool

Take the assessment.

Five screener questions. Follow-up questions only where signals appear. About 10 minutes start to finish.

This tool is the same diagnostic frame I use in paid engagements. It won't replace a comprehensive workplace assessment, but it will tell you, in 10 minutes, where to start.

assessment faqs

Before you start.

Around 10 minutes. Five screener questions are mandatory. Follow-up questions only appear where a screener signals risk, so total length varies depending on what you tell us.

No. It's an indicative self-assessment designed to start internal conversations and help you prioritise. It is not evidence in formal regulatory proceedings, and your responses are not shared with WorkSafe or any other regulator.

Your responses are processed in your browser to generate the report. We don't store them on our side unless you choose to email yourself a copy at the end (and even then, only the report itself, not the raw answers).

Someone with a clear operational view of how the workplace runs day-to-day — typically HR, a People & Culture lead, an operations manager, or a senior leader. The more grounded the answers, the more useful the heatmap.

The action plan gives you the most useful first move for each high-risk hazard. From there, the next step is usually one of three: a focused internal conversation with your leadership, a deeper review with us, or a tailored training engagement to build capability in the highest-risk area.
