Rubric Education Institute (ABN 17 670 087 386) is operated by Kelly Quirk, an independent training provider based in Victoria, Australia. Kelly holds a Master of Social Science (Family Therapy) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology, Honours), and works with organisations across regulated sectors including aged care, community services, disability, and mental health.

All training, written content, assessment tools, and resources provided by Rubric Education Institute are educational in nature. They are designed to build organisational and workforce capability in identifying and responding to psychosocial risk.

None of our materials constitute:

• Clinical psychological assessment or diagnosis
• Treatment or therapy for any individual
• Crisis support or emergency mental health intervention
• Legal or regulatory advice specific to your organisation

The psychosocial risk self-assessment tool is intended to help organisations identify areas of higher and lower psychosocial risk across their workforce. It is a starting point for further investigation and capability work — not a substitute for a comprehensive workplace risk assessment, a workforce survey, or professional advice tailored to your context.

Results are generated based on your responses and should be interpreted in light of your operational reality. Rubric Education Institute makes no warranty that the tool will identify every risk present in your organisation.

Training and consulting engagements are scoped on a case-by-case basis. Specific terms — including fees, deliverables, timelines, cancellation, and confidentiality — are set out in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins. The terms of that proposal or agreement take precedence over anything stated on this site.

All written content, frameworks, training materials, workbooks, and tools provided by Rubric Education Institute are the intellectual property of Kelly Quirk unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may use materials supplied during a paid engagement within your own organisation as agreed. Redistribution, republishing, or commercial reuse outside that scope requires written permission.
